It was an absolute pleasure to judge the Bracchi Italiani entered at what was sadly the last Richmond Show at Loseley Park. Another “Southern” show lost to the South, but I am sure that the often challenging uneven ring surface won’t be missed! A huge thank you to all the exhibitors for the privilege of going over your lovely dogs at what is after all the equivalent of a very expensive “Open Show”. I hope that you all enjoyed your day as much as I did.

Class 251 VD/B (3 Entries) Abs: 2
1st: 517 COTTON, Mrs Linda Braccorions Quick To Judge, substantial 7 ½ yrs Orange Roan radiating power & nobility from every angle, almost square outline, lean masculine head which was full of character, long & angular with deep muzzle, well-chiselled below large oval eye giving him a soft expression, moderately short strong neck into well-laid shoulders, plenty of forechest, deep & strong all through body, thighs wide & long, good bend of stifle without being overdone, moved true with great front extension, BD, slightly affected by change of handler later, but couldn’t resist his all-round charm for BOB.
