3.5 years b/w beautiful ears and expression, great fringing and a high set well plumed tail which was carried well, fine straight front, hare feet, expressive dark eyes and a good muzzle length, moves soundly and holds shape well.

6 years b/w and really quite similar t the winner and much of the same applies, i simply preferred the winner on the move.

8 month tri who is very much a baby but has everything in place to develop into, such a lovely expression with dark eyes and rims, a correct muzzle to skull ratio and beautifully set and sized ears of correct shape, his shoulders were good and his front was straight with fine bone and hare feet, good rear and a lovely tail set which balanced out the whole shape, a typical puppy on the move, he was sound, light and held his shape well.

red and white who's head piece I simply loved, dark eyes and a lovely set of ear with rounded tips, a beautiful boy with fine bone and well laid shoulders, good coat and fringing developing well and his rear has good angulation, his tail set is good and is well plumed already for his age. I just preferred the topline of 1 today but that old cliche, they will change places many times i'm sure

r/s/w of 9 months, my notes say fabulous coat and condition for one so young,

loved his ears, well rounded and fringing developing well, set and used well on his slightly rounded skull, his muzzle was good and he has dark slightly rounded eyes which fairly glint at you. his shoulders and front are good with tight elbows, a level top-line and corresponding rear angles to give a natural balance, topped off with a high set and well carried tail with a good plume, light and free on the move he was true all ways. attentive and keen.

tri of 8 months who I really thought was another really good puppy, lovely expression and ears, a dark eye and good muzzle to skull proportions,  holds his top-line well and is dressed in a lovely silky single coat which was presented very well, just needs a little more confidence to show off his virtues a little more.

12 month tri, really appealing head with correct proportions, a true butterfly appearance with the most lovely ears which he used well, dark eyes and a good bite, nice front with well laid shoulders, tight elbows, good depth of chest and straight legs, good feet, good body with length coming from ribs and short couplings, a good rear with bend of stifle and straight hock, tail set on well and carried properly, I'm not a fan of tails carried too flat! moves out soundly and true being effortless and light.

13 month tri another with a really lovely head and dark eye, made really well with each part fitting well into the next, he has a good firm topline and tailset, presented well in a silky coat, just needs a little more confidence just yet.

loved this boy and he pushed the cc winner very very hard, I absolutely loved his head which was so correct in terms of proportions, muzzle length, slightly runded top skull and ear set and size, rounded at the tip and so well fringed, his neck was a good length and held his masculine head beautifully, his dark eyes fairly glinting and watching me, he reminded me of the very famous Dave! his front is tight and firm, with straight, fine bone and hare feet, his depth of chest and ribs are spot on and he holds a very level topline at al times, his rear is well angulated and his rear is paralell when viewed from behind, his tail is set well, cariied well and is beautifully plumes which balances out the whole picture, on the move he has reach and drive and is light and free as he goes around, his coat is fine and silky of correct texture, liked him very much indeed and well worthy of his Champion title.

b/w who I've liked and admired for his whole career,  impressive head and ear which was well fringed and used to advantage, a dark eye and a good bite, he carries himself well with an air of arrogance or self importance and he knows he's special, super front and rear angles  and a level top-line, dressed in a fine silky coat which was presented with every hair in place, another of cc quality all day long and deserving of his title in due course.

a stunning tri in absolutely outstanding condition, put down to perfection with every hair accounted for, he is so good to go over, every part fitting tightly and correctly into the next, i loved his head which was masculine but still pretty and his muzzle to skull ratio is ideal, his slightly rounded skull and ear set is good and he really uses his ears well. they have excellent fringing to finish them off, his neck is good and his shoulders are well laid. his front is straight fine boned and with hare feet he stands firm, a good rib and a perfectly level topline, his rear is well angulated too and suits the front giving a lovely balance overall, his tail is well set and has a beautiful plume, his rear is good and firm with  muscle and is paralell when viewed from behind. feet all facing forward, he moves out well, light and dainty yet with reach, drive and precision, standing four square on return, he shows well for his handler who he clearly adores. beautiful headed boy and holds a gorgeous outline, a little larger than he winner but still so correct, his front is excellent with straight legs and forward facing feet, his ribs and topline are spot on and his rear is firm and with good angles, i liked his tail set and how he holds it with a lovely plume,  a smart boy with an excellent coat of correct texture which was immaculately presented.

judged this boy before and always loved him, so correct, sound and true even at this age, a credit to the devotion of his owner. he has a fabulous head and eye with a lovely ear set, with rounded tips and still well fringed. great front and topline which is firm and level, his tail set is ideal and he carries it correctly, presented in a beautiful coat of correct texture and his black is still black and his white still ice white. fabulous!

10 year tri who has a lovely straight front with finely boned legs and hare feet, a lovely headed boy with dark eyes and a nice ear,  a good size overall and has a good balance, moves out light and free and is true all ways.

loved this gorgeous pretentious puppy who was eventually best puppy in breed, she made my heart sing and I loved her, she is so feminine and pretty and has a lovely head with dark eyes, excellent muzzle and slightly rounded skull with a well set and sized ear which was large and well rounded,  her neck was of a good length to hold her head well, she has a lovely lay of shoulder and a straight front, a level top-line and length coming from ribs, not couplings, her firm rear has good angles also and compliment the front well, she can't stand wrong and on the move she seems to love this showing lark and really puts on a performance worth of an established champion, light and free with a cocky attitude, i really hope she fulfils this early promise. she was seriously considered for the Res CC.

loved this very dainty and incredibly pretty feminine girl who has a lovely head with a dark eye, slightly rounded skull and good muzzle to skull ratio, her ears are large mobile and well set, she uses them to advantage and are well fringed, her head is held well on a good neck of nice length, she holds a firm, level top-line and her rear angles compliment the front well, dressed in a fine single silky dress which was presented to advantage, she moves out with style in a light and free action with accuracy both ends. really hope she goes on to gain her title, she is fully deserving.

well what can I say about this outstanding young female? a true butterfly who absolutely takes your breath away. she is utterly beautiful in head with such a feminine outlook, she has gorgeous eyes, dark and correct shape, her head to muzzle ratio is ideal and her wonderful ears are set perfectly, of a large size, well used and fringed beautifully giving her a certain elegance, an air of self importance she holds herself so well to accentuate her qualities, her front is straight, with fine bone, hare feet which are well feathered, she has an elegant neck and a perfectly level topline, her rear is well angled with a good turn of stifle, well let down hocks and is parallel when viewed from the rear, topped off with a fabulous tail, so nicely set and carried and finished with a profuse plume, she is immaculately presented with every hair in place and her base white is utterly pristine, she shows herself so well, is attentive and responsive to her handler and moved at the right speed to accentuate her foot perfect gait, where she is absolutely flawless. delighted to award her the CC and later best of breed and even more delighted to see her take group 2 in a star studded quality group. At just 2 years old I believe the best is yet to come from this outstanding Papillon and I can proudly say I truly believe she will follow in her famous fathers footsteps and hold the record within the next few years.

 one I've judged before and gave her best in show that time, my opinion hasn't changed and I still think she is a fabulous example of the breed and breeders and owners should be very proud. A red and white girl of superior quality, so pretty and with a lovely muzzle and eye, her ears are of a lovely size, well used and with beautiful fringing, dressed in a silky fine single coat which was presented to pefection. moving she is so true and has a light free action, loved her.
