1st: Triquetra’s Nutcracker 

A most promising young dog who already projects the correct Cirneco picture: near-square outline, clean lines and a keen, intelligent expression. Pleasing head properties with well-carried, correctly placed ears, and a balanced frame that he uses well on the move. He covered the ground with an easy, athletic action, holding his shape and balance as he went. Full of confidence and quality, he was a worthy winner of the Best Dog.

1st: Kinabula’s Solitaire

A masculine dog with good breed character and pleasing overall shape, shown in fit condition. When settled, he presented a sound outline with a steady topline and correct tail carriage. He moved true and workmanlike, and in profile showed the clean, economical action expected of the breed.

Class 2357 – Open Dog (2 entries)

1st: Kinabula’s Blue Topaz With Triquetra 

A very typical dog—elegant and slender, yet with sufficient strength of bone—giving an almost square silhouette when stood. Ample depth of chest, short muscular loin and moderate hind angulation, which he used to good effect. He moved at a steady trot with true carriage, keeping his balance and outline throughout. Awarded the Res Best Dog.

2nd: Kinabula Rouge Diamond At Dekris

A quality male of pleasing type with an excellent ear carriage and a typical Cirneco expression. Balanced in angulation with correct ribbing and loin, giving a sound, racy outline. Sound and true on the move, he can look particularly good in profile when he flows.

1st: Triquetra’s Holly Berry (Res Best Bitch)

A smart, feminine young bitch with a pleasing racy outline and a lean headpiece giving a bright, keen expression. Well-carried ears and an honest, workmanlike appearance. She held her shape well on the move and appealed strongly for overall type. Went on to take Res Best Bitch.

2nd: Triquetra’s Snow Angel At Mejhillyca

A very feminine youngster, still developing, but with much to admire for breed character—particularly her pretty head and expression with well-placed ears. She can be a touch loose in front at this stage, though she moves well in profile and shows with confidence when settled.

Class 2362 – Post Graduate Bitch (1 entry)

1st: Quintina Del Gelso Bianco (Imp Ita)

A bitch of correct type who shows good shape and can move well. Would benefit from greater ring confidence so that she consistently shows herself to best advantage, as there is quality here when she settles.

1st: Kinabula’s Lou Lou Lemon (BOB / Best Bitch)

A very pleasing bitch of correct proportions with a feminine head and typical expression. Balanced fore and aft with a correct topline and tail set, she moved in the smooth, typical manner that suits the breed and held her outline well. Awarded Best Bitch and Best of Breed.
