Sp Beg Dog – 4

1/ Griffiths’ – Merchinetes Padrig – Well presented young boy of nice type and overall balance . Nicely angulated front and rear which showed through in his movement which was clean and positive.

Best Special Beginner

Nice to see him go G2 in Sp Beg Group.

2/ Ellis's – Ffrind Ffyddlon Van Raamvliet (Imp Nld) – Close up to my winner and very confident. Again a nice type and good overall balance. 1 was just slightly better in rear movement today.

3/ Bennett’s – Gilstonia Wreck it Riley For Flyboron 

Minor Puppy Dog – 1

1/ Rees’ – Merchinetes Taliesin At Typica – Nice youngster who is well balanced for his age, good depth of chest with correct bone and angulation. Settled and true on the move.

Junior Dog – 5

1/ Johnson's – Santallina Coroebus – Very impressed with this youngster, lovely head and eye, correct reach of neck with well placed shoulders and Strong quarters. Good topline presenting a lovely outline.

A little more maturity and he will be challenging the best.

2/ Harrison’s – Glenbrows Turn Back Time Jw – Larger boy than 1 in frame and has many of his qualities. Nicely constructed, of good type, matched my winner in many aspects, just not quite so true on the move today.

3/ Bennion's – Menstonia Endless Dreams

Post Grad Dog – 6

Strong class decided by the smallest of margins, could easily change on any given day.

1/ Jackson, Ritchie & Jackson’s – Slapestones Diminico – Well made youngster who was lovely to go over. Excelling in type he was well constructed with a strong topline and very sound on the move. Shown in top condition to complete the picture.

2/ Johnson’s – Santallina Coroebus

3/ Gaylor & Robertson’s – Gilstonia Run Red Rum For Aprilflash 

Limit Dog – 5 (1abs)

1/ Williams & Williams – Nyliram The Alibi For Trebettyn- Well constructed boy of good type and overall balance. Nice head with correct shoulder placement and bend of stifle. Well muscled throughout he was very sound on the move. Winner of a strong class.

2/ Sutherland’s – Jacranella Guardian (AI) – Very close up to my winner with many of his positive points. Lovely in type, strong in topline and very true on the move. Shown in excellent condition, positions could easily change another day.

3/ Barkley’s – Jacranella Galahad Of Cherryheath 

Open Dog – 5 (2abs)

Just the three,  but very strong exhibits headed by two lovely boys.

1/ Graham’s – Sh Ch Nyliram Born This Way Jw – Shown reaching his prime this boy was the complete picture today. Excelling in type he has the best of heads, strong neck lovely shoulder placement with correct spring of rib. Strong well muscled quarters, level topline held on the move resulting in sound positive movement with drive. DCC & BOB

2/ Gaylor & Robertson’s – Sh Ch Heniveruce King Of Brewer’s For Aprilflash ShCEx – Another boy who did nothing wrong and was very close up to my winner. Has many of my winners attributes and is a pleasure to judge. Places could easily change on another day. Excellent presentation. RCC

3/ Jones’ – Trosley Tamoshanta

Veteran Dog – 2

1/ Gilham & Ritchie’s – Sh Ch Slapestones Diamond Mine Jw – Absolutely loved this boy. So full of breed type and presenting a lovely typical outline, still strong and positive on the move.

Super head with nothing overdone it is easy to see why he has his crown. Would have love to have judged him in his prime.

2/ Yacoub’s – Laithmoor’s Red Grenadine Jw – Nice boy who is well put together and did nothing wrong today, quality exhibit who move well he was unlucky to come up against one the quality of my winner. 

Sp Beg Bitch – 1

1/ Moore’s – Luneville Water Lilly – Still only a Minor Puppy but impressed with her maturity.

Feminine girl of nice type who is well put together and has a good overall outline. Was sound and true on the move.

Minor Puppy Bitch – 3

1/ Moore’s – Luneville Water Lily

2/ Morgan’s – Rubydown Summer Magic – Another youngster who is very feminine and has the qualities you would look for at this age. Pushed my winner today but not quite so settled on the move.

3/ Bonser-Hadfield’s – Helgen Soay

Puppy Bitch – 3

1/ Harrison’s – Glenbrows Aurora – Very nice girl who already has quality showing through, even at this age. Lovely head and eye with good angulation front and rear, strong topline held on the move where she was sound and positive.

Junior Bitch – 2

Just the two but both quality bitches. Splitting hairs separating them.

1/ Harrison’s – Glenbrows Time Will Tell – Presents a lovely picture in outline and is so nice to go over. Super type, well constructed throughout which showed through in her sound positive movement. Good spring of rib and correct in stifle. Will watch her career with interest.

2/ Conker’s – Sh Ch  Santallina Olympic Flame Jw – As said above – splitting hairs separating them. Pushed my winner to the limit today and on another, positions could easily change. Carries all the strong points of my winner but was not quite so positive on the move today.

Post Grad Bitch – 4 (1abs)

1/ Gibson’s – Ferndell Rossana At Cadehill – Feminine girl of nice type and presents a nice overall picture. Good construction and with correct spring of rib and well muscled she was sound and true on the move.

2/ Graham’s – Slapestones Catoca – Nice girl who is not quite showing the maturity in body of my winner but is well constructed and moves out well with a strong topline. Should mature well.

3/ Cooper & Mullins – Gilstonia Maggie May

Limit Bitch – 8 (3abs)

1/ Ritchie, Ritchie & Ritchie’s – Slapestones Finsch Jw – Liked this girl a lot. Shown in top condition she is very feminine with a lovely head. Nicely constructed front and rear with a strong topline both standing and on the move, resulting in a quality sound positive movement.

2/ Tew’s – Pamicks Dream With Me – Showed well today where she did everything right. Again she is well put together which showed through on the move. Unlucky to meet my winner on such good form.

3/ Morgan’s – Benoveor Endless Love At Rubydown

Pleasure to judge this class with some top quality bitches.

1/ Sutherland’s – Jacranella Graceful (AI) – Standout bitch for me today and was a joy to see on the move. Absolutely loved her type with feminine head and dark eye. Nice overall size with strong neck, well placed shoulders and strong well muscled quarters. 

On the move she was sound, fluent and covered the ground effortlessly. Never put a foot wrong today and was shown in top condition, a pleasure to award her the CC, her 4th I believe.

2/ Graham’s – Sh Ch Nyliram Telling Tales Jw ShCEx Osw – Another top quality bitch full of quality and type. This girl is a pleasure to go over and is strong in every department, it is easy to see why she is such a top winner.

Unlucky to meet my winner on such good form today.
