MANCHESTER DOG SHOW. 2026.As always, a great start to the season, by this forward thinking and professional committee.

GREAT DANE. 

Class 1543 SBD (1 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: 4534 TASKER, Ms Hayley & MOLLOY, Mr David Newarthdane Mars. 2-year-old, easy mover. A very honest dog well produced and handled, he has decent angles, stands on good legs and feet and in good order. 

Class 1544 PD (7 Entries) Abs: 2
1st: 4489 BURNS, Mrs Veronica & BURNS, Mr Ian Kinnegans Rebel Moon for Carricktaigh (ikc).8-month with grand head piece, flat skull, clean cheeks and good set of eyes. Strong muzzle ending at strong jaw and open nostril. He has balance of body with well boned legs and Round, padded feet. Firm in topline and width to croup. Lively active mover. A useful prospect. 
2nd: 4540 WHITE, Mrs J Kinnegans Last Kingdom. Good head, strong clean neck and stands on well boned legs. he doesn’t always comply with handler at this stage, but I saw enough for him to take his place. A touch longer in loin than winner. 
3rd: 4508 INGRAM, Lady J Dainmajik Veni Vici

1st: 4530 SIMPSON, Mr D R Renescent Bewitched JW -Fit, soundly built with total firm outline both standing and moving.  He has strength with elegance and masculinity. He has clean lines with each part flowing smoothly throughout. He has confidence and light, long gait with true foot fall. Well done and deserved on gaining the title.  RCC
2nd: 4542 WRIGHT, Mrs Rebecca & CRANFIELD, Miss Jill Zefather's Two Faces With Irieusdane J.w. Has legs to provide balance of type and decent body to contribute to this. he has pleasing outlook and good length of head, would prefer more width to under jaw. He is fit and flows through, retaining his outline.

Class 1547 LD (3 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: 4520 MUNRO, Mrs Georgia Roucandane Stolen Kisses. 3-years typical in outline. He has a masculine head of good length, clean through to strength in muzzle. Has confident stance and solid character. Well-proportioned and decent balanced angulation. Strong quarters and used the m to drive on well.
2nd: 4516 MAGANARIS, Dr Emmanuel & BOOTH, Mrs Sheena Roucandane Tempest Hebrus. The dog has lovely temperament and worked very well with handler. He has good expression, decent length of head, I would prefer a touch less flew. Good carriage on the move, a touch steep in pastern.
3rd: 4518 MCGUINNESS, Mrs Maria & NELSON, Mrs Sarah Dinahtron The Omen

1st: 4490 CHAPPELL, Ms & Mr Lesley & Adam Ch Selmalda Jealous Guy(ai) -. Yes, I would be blind, if I wasn’t aware of dog and handle, such is their rapport and quality. It is the first time I have had the opportunity to judge this dog and it is easy to see the acclaim he has. Delighted to add to his tally of big green cards.   CC
2nd: 4498 CRANFIELD, Miss J Ch Zefather's Ralph Lauren JW ShCEx OSW. Masculine, strong with bone, substance and firm in outline with typical features. He deserved his place easily in this quality class.
3rd: 4524 PENDLETON-WATKINS, Ms Nia Goldania's King Of Drago JW

1st: 4496 COPE, Ms Richard And Michelle Fonblanque Fiona. Feminine, but nothing weak about this 21-month bitch. She has a pleasing head and outlook, quality bone, good leg to depth, firm back with good rib and firm short loin. Did her job nicely, to win BSB.
2nd: 4535 TASKER, Ms Hayley & MOLLOY, Mr David Ravendane Fallen Angel. 6- month and fresh out, therefore giving a lot away. She is soundly built and cheeky (which she should be at this stage). Handler worked so well with her, so think she should enjoy a good future. 

Class 1551 PB (7 Entries) Abs: 3. Lots of promise here for the future. 
1st: 4492 CHAPPELL, Ms & Mr Lesley & Adam Selmalda My Wild Flame. This one put the effort in, to win. Handler was inside her head and worked with her to produce the shape, movement and deportment. She is fit, firm and soundly built, needs to finish (nothing wrong with that). A very useful prospect.  BPIB.
2nd: 4484 BAKER, Miss Libby Ella & BAKER, Mrs Hilary Kinnegans Bridgerton At Preveli (ikc) This is a real quality bitch with everything to appeal. Just a touch softer in topline at present and could give her handler a hard time, but handler went with her and think she will finish well as she has all the essentials. 
3rd: 4488 BURNS, Mrs Veronica & BURNS, Mr Ian Kinnegans Firefly Lane For Carricktaigh (ikc).

1st: 4510 JACQUES & KIRBY, Mr Michael & Philip Jacqukir Love Me Again (a.i). I judge dogs on merit and flipping heck she has type, substance and merit in abundance. I was extremely taken by her on first look and it only got better going over her. The conclusion was confirmed on the move. This one, would be hard to get passed.RES CC.
2nd: 4514 LIDDELL, Mrs Anne & ALLISON, Mrs Helen Smooriken Gonnae Nodae That. She has type in head, proportions good legs and feet and decent construction. She just needs to drop in body and at 12-months that should come , which will make for a sound balanced bitch. 
3rd: 4499 CRANFIELD, Miss J & WRIGHT, Mrs Rebecca Zefather's Gossip Girl With Irieusdane

2nd: 4525 PENDLETON-WATKINS, Ms Nia Goldania's Princess Etain JW. Has lots to like with her clean feminine, long filled head, strong, dry neck and firm ouline. She is a touch longer in loin than winner and I wanted her to put a little more character and action on the move. Turned out well.
3rd: 4535 TASKER, Ms Hayley & MOLLOY, Mr David Ravendane Fallen Angel

1st: 4519 MERWICK, Ms Ann Taradanes Star Vision For Saalan. This mature bitch is solid in outline and present a positive disposition on the move with easy fluid gait. She has strength, femininity with a lovely head piece and elegance of neck. A quality bitch, very satisfying to judge. 
2nd: 4486 BITHELL, Mr & Mrs Chris & Mandy Vertumnus Raise Your Glass To Bourntwyn. Lovely head, eye clean, down to strong muzzle with correct lip and strong jaw. A grand youngster with balance of bone and body, with substance and good angles both ends. Just not quite the firmness of outline against winner ,on the move today.

1st: 4494 CLARK, Mr Eric & CLARK, Mrs Dorothy Ch Garsak Summer Days At Mintrex. I remember seeing this bitch in a group a few years ago. I thought how lovely she looked and performed, feeling she should have fun. What a delight to actually have the opportunity to lay hands on her, now, when fully mature, my opinion was just enhanced and obviously Simon Luxmore and Gordon Haran agreed. CC-BOB. GROUP1- Best in Show. Cracking job and well done to  
handler, congratulations.

2nd: 4497 CRANFIELD, Miss J Ch Zefather's Kind Of Magic JW. Very soundly made and fit. muscular bitch, presenting a typical quality picture of the breed. She has strong lines with elegance and character to present style on the move. handled well, working together to produce a super shape and easy gait.
