Thank you to both the Society, for the Invite and the Exhibitors for their entries which for a mid week show was very satisfying.  Always a difficult breed and I found too many are getting long in body and there were quite a few round eyes, and whilst the Breed should be aloof it is a little worrying that some exhibitors struggled to get into their dogs mouths.  How do they expect Judges to.  That said there were some very nice youngsters which bodes well for the future.
Class 428 PD (2 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: 1130 STEENBERGEN, Miss Veronique Manchu Xian Off Cenayda's Home RCC and winner of the Beginners Group so good start, only 6 months but scores for head and expression has great pigment with good bone and feet, body developing well must have a bright future.

2/ Hunt A G & OLIVER, Miss T Songshijia Chief Kwangchow, another well made puppy just not quite as forward a winner in terms of body development and his head needs to break has plenty of time so another promising puppy.

2nd: 1114 BOND, Mrs Joan Janqbu Fawkes

Needs more ring confidence, but lots to like when he settled not quite the overall balance of winner, positive action out and back would prefer better shape eye.

1st: 1107 BIDDLE, Mrs L Booneeks Obie

A little long in body but looks good when stacked, and nice balance to head with well placed ear used to advantage, scored for front and bone and enough angulation fore and aft free mover.

2nd: 1110 FISHER, Mrs Linda & FISHER, Miss Fallon Shulian san Angelo star at poppykins JW

Again I felt was a little long and not quite as firm in front as one. Very good top line and tailset with correct movement going away.

1st: 1105 ADLINGTON, Mrs K & Mr R Ch foolangs feeling good

Excellent balance to this black and put down in pristine condition lovely head and eye, good neck and front assembly.  Deep well made body with good ribbing and firm top line equally good hindquarters and uses himself on the move.  Tail is a little tight. CC

2nd: 1125 MCCALLUM, Mr G Burlesk Enter The Dragon

Lots to like about this black as he is masculine and looks and moves very well, not in such good condition as winner today.

Well placed ears clean neck and shoulder.  Great balance to body with firm top line and good tailset, confident mover for age. CC/ BOB and Best Puppy.  Understand this was her second CC.

2nd: 1121 IRWING, Mrs T Tanlap Timeless Touch At Beaconpride JW another very smart bitch, presented a lovely outline a little out of coat today but so much to like and another with a bright future.

Class 437 PGB (3 Entries) Abs: 1
1st: 1126 PHILLIPS, Mrs Francine Fulang's Follow Me Stargazer

Very feminine headpiece, dark expressive eye she has good overall balance though would prefer a firmer front body is firm and well made and she moves correctly out and back.

2nd: 1123 KEYTE, Miss Morgan & KEYTE, Mrs Anne Catomo baby love

Prefferred the head of one, but she has lots to like from a correct front well made body and correct angulation to the rear, uses herself well on the move.

2nd: 1120 IRWING, Mrs T Chifido's Shenyin At Beaconpride

Very nice and well made right through not the ring confidence of the winner but moved ok and lots to like.

Class 439 OB (4 Entries) Abs: 1
1st: 1104 ABSALOM, Mrs W Bon triumph dinasty at wengeordy (Imp Rus)

I liked this bitch, she has a lovely head and expression excellent front bone and feet. She looks great when stacked and impressive on the move she gave her handler a hard time in the Challenge so had to settle for RCC today.

2nd: 1122 JAKEMAN, Mrs S L Ch Charids Chantily Lace Amongst Tanlap

Mature well made bitch and so well presented and handled, has all the breed essentials, so not surprised she carries her title carrying a little excess weight and rather lethargic on the move today.

3rd: 1115 HOLLIES, Mr Peter Alan & CARR, Miss Toni anne Ch Jabrevla Dotty Doris JW

Class 440 VB (2 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: 1117 HUNT, Mr A G & OLIVER, Miss T Mosspark Blue Spangle

Well made blue who scored on movement here, lovely colour and feminine outlook good for bone and feet. To be hypercritical would like her a little shorter in body.

2nd: 1124 MACKENZIE-HAVERSON, Mr & Mrs Sandy And Kendra Ch Fullforge Fantastica For Cheuntao

Worth Champion with so much to like better balance to body but not the movement of winner.
