HUNGARIAN VIZSLAS

I would like to thank the committee for this appointment. The exhibitors for the sporting way my decisions were accepted. I enjoyed judging HV and was pleased by the exhibits who were shown in excellent hard condition. I found a few untypical heads which paid the penalty in my decisions, overall I found movement and soundness very high.  

 PD (3 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: BP LAYTON, Mr S Layways All About You, 10-month puppy, presents a pleasing profile when standing. Correct head shape for his age, super bone and feet, well bodied, moderate rear angles just need to tighten up.
2nd: SENIOR, Miss H & BRETT-WILLIAMS, Mr D & Porfido De Hanalei Suns Out Guns Out For Alaszdale, another pleasing puppy with quality attributes, head shape, bone, feet, body and topline. Would prefer a slightly lower tail when moving.
3rd:  CARTER, Mrs D Lindenwood Cast A Spell

2nd: CHALLIS, Mr S & CHALLIS, Mrs K M Vizslanya Sarkany 9 months, little heavy for me in head, clean neck. Correct feet, well bodied and moved ok

1st: MURRAY, Miss C & PARKER, Mr W Szelkiraly's Foolproof JW, 19 months looking the part. Pleasing head shape and eye colour, clean neck and correct shoulder placement, well boned and standing on neat feet with straight pasterns. Well bodied with correct length of loin, moved well and held his topline.

1st: WATSON, Mr P Oakswarren Trickster, 17-month male of correct size, pleasing head and clean neck, enough bone but needs to tighten on his pasterns well bodied, correct topline and positive movement. 


PGD (6 Entries) Abs: 1
1st: RES CC STALKER, Ms Angela London Magyar-tim For Kinharrachie (imp Pol), this male appealed to me for his size, confirmation and balance. I was not disappointed going over him. He has a masculine head without any coarseness, correct eye colour and ear set. He stands on good bone and super feet. Clean neck leading to well-made shoulders, super topline standing and on the move, strong well-muscled rear quarters, moved soundly. 
2nd: CHALLIS, Mr S & CHALLIS, Mrs K M Vizslanya Domenkos JW, slightly larger male with pleasing head shape, good forechest and lay of shoulder, ribs and length of loin, would prefer a slightly stronger topline and less rear angulation.
3rd: MCCULLOCH, Dr Corrienne Dinnsearmor's Glenlochy

1st: GREEN, Miss N & MARTIN, Mr S & MARTIN, Mrs M Goviz Spring Rains By Viszaset (ai) medium sized male, pleasing head shape and eye colour, enough bone and standing on good feet, super topline and tail set, moved very well, I liked him for his type and overall balance. 
2nd: MURRAY, Miss C & PARKER, Mr W True Magic Of Skyrocket At Szelkiraly (Imp) JW another pleasing male of correct size, not so sure of himself here today, super type, topline and feet, well bodied and another positive mover
3rd: CLUBB, Mrs Donna & MASON, Mrs Catherine Betekints Kende With Oroshaza [imp Hun]

OD (9 Entries) Abs: 4
1st: CC & BOB. WATKINS, Ms Tereza & KAIN, Mrs S, Sh Ch Kincsem Break Every Rule JW in my opinion this male is at the top of his game, masculine head with correct eye colour, slightly arched neck leading to well sloped shoulders, which in turn gave good reach in front movement. Standing on super feet, correct amount of bone. Correct rib and length of loin, well-muscled moderate rear, happy positive mover with true gait, and a great showman thrown in. He presented a balanced picture of a medium sized male exactly what I was looking for here today.
2nd: WATSON, Mr P Sh Ch Oakswarren Inferno, another male of correct proportions, pleasing outline, correct head proportions, clean neck and well-placed shoulders, well bodied and moved well. 
3rd: GREEN, Miss N & MARTIN, Mr S & MARTIN, Mrs M Goviz Spring Rains By Viszaset (ai)

VD (3 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: CLUBB, Mrs Donna & MASON, Mrs Catherine & FINDLAY, Sh Ch Oroshaza Chukar Cw 10 ½ years of age, he looked great. Correct head shape and masculine expression without coarseness, clean through the neck leading to well-placed shoulders well off for bone and good feet, well bodied and positive movement with drive. 
2nd: CHALLIS, Mr S & CHALLIS, Mrs K M Highforce Future Legend For Vizslanya JW ShCEx VW 9 ½ years of age, pleasing head and eye colour, well placed shoulders, good bone and feet, well bodied and moved well.
3rd: CAMERON, Ms Jean & GARTLAND, Mrs P & MILICEVIC, Ms Andronja's Nine Carat For Kasprowy JW

SBD (2 Entries) Abs: 1
1st: MCCULLOCH, Dr Corrienne Dinnsearmor's Glenlochy, 3rd in post grad. Pleasing type with correct head proportions, super depth of chest with correct bone, well bodied and shown in good condition, well handled

PB (3 Entries) Abs: 1
1st:  PARKER, Miss Victoria & HARRISON, Mr T D & HARRISO Glenbrows Scarlet, 8 months of age and wouldn’t want any more size, pleasing head shape, enough bone and tight feet. Correct topline and well bodied moved the best in this class. 
2nd: SCOTT LEGG, Mrs Karen & SCOTT, Mr Alex Oakswarren Believe In Magic, when settled presented a lovely picture, another with a good head, enough bone and good fee, moderate rear angles moved erratically just needs to settle which will come.

1st: STALKER, Ms Angela Aranyvadasz Uccu For Kinharrachie (naf/taf), balanced female with pleasing head qualities, well bodied with correct bone and feet, well placed shoulders with correct deoth of chest, moved the best in the class.
2nd: CLUBB, Mrs Donna & MASON, Mrs Catherine Oroshaza Blanka, not settled here today, pleasing type with feminine expression neck and shoulders, well bodied and moved ok
3rd: GAMMON, Ms Caroline Margaret Martgarian Zantara

1st: CC LAYTON, Mr S Sh Ch Layways Cinnamon Girl, this girl headed a lovely class of females. I felt she was in her prime and very much the type I was looking for here today, feminine expression and head shape with correct eye colour and ear set, correct bone and good feet, well bodied with spring of rib and length of loin, moderate rear with short hocks, she moved effortlessly with positive footfall, she presented a balanced picture 
2nd: CREIGHTON, Mrs Tara-Louise Sh Ch Ir Sh Ch Oakswarren Burning Bright, another quality female, handled very well. Super head shape and expression, correct arch to neck with good lay of shoulder, well bodied and moderate angles.
3rd: HARDCASTLE, Mr Derek & BRADLEY, Ms Elaine Sh Ch Vizslanya Sziena JW ShCEx OSW

1st: RES CC & BV CLUBB, Mrs Donna & MASON, Mrs Catherine Oroshaza Lucy Locket, 7 ½ years of age.  I liked this female for her size and balance, pleasing expression and reach of neck, leading to well laid shoulders good bone and feet, forechest and depth of brisket, well bodied with correct length of loin and moderate rear angles
2nd: AYNSLEY, Miss Gillian Sh Ch Recuerdo Monika Of Caorunn VW 9 ½ years of age and shown in tip top condition, pleasing feminine expression, well bodied, deep chest, correct topline held on the move, moderate rear angles.
