Blackpool Show Abandoned

Extreme high winds caused the abandonment of Blackpool Championship Show on the third day.

STATEMENT
The Blackpool Dog Show Society wish to thank exhibitors for leaving the show in such an orderly fashion on Sunday. Also we would like to thank everyone who has sent messages of support; they have been very much appreciated. We will be giving out further statements in the future as it all unfolds.

Retrievers (Labrador)-Dogs - will now be judged by Mrs Diane Beckett

On the second day Bearded Collies are benched in tents 1-5 and therefore enter the showground via the RED entrance.
Notice to Caravanners - Caravans are not allowed on the site after 10.00 pm. Please wait outside in the holding area.
Caraavans will be allowed on the upper area of the Showground from 6 August.
Hamiltonstovare will now be judged by Mr Espen Engh
Border Collies will now be judged by Mr Steve Hall (subject to KC approval).


City of Birmingham 2008
UNENTERED DOGS
Please note that due to the creation of a cattle market within Stoneleigh grounds we are unable to use the area previously allocated for unentered dogs.
Therefore this year there will be a tent for the unentered dogs situated in the exhibitor/visitor car park.
